Ninety Percent of all Diseases are caused by Constipation

Many people are surprised when we say that over ninety percent of all diseases are caused by constipation. Even diseases that seem unrelated such as eczema, depression, and backache are often caused by a toxic and overloaded bowel.

The intestines function as the "sewer system" of the body. They eliminate wastes from almost every organ, including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, bloodstream, lymph, and brain. When this "sewer" is backed up or isn't functioning properly, the other organs cannot eliminate their wastes. The result is not only a constipated bowel but also constipated organs throughout the body that become diseased and exhibit almost any symptom. Below is a list of a few common diseases and how they are related to constipation:

Eczema, acne, and other skin problems: The liver acts like a garbage collector for the bloodstream. It filters out toxins from digestion, excess hormones, old blood cells, and anything that shouldn't be in the bloodstream. If the liver cannot eliminate these toxins efficiently because the bowel is constipated, a myriad of health problems may result. The body will often use the skin to eliminate toxins - the result is skin diseases.

Depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorders: Emotions are both electrical and chemical in nature. When neurochemicals and hormones are not eliminated by the liver because the bowel and liver are constipated, they recirculate and cause emotional disturbances. Manic depression can often be eliminated when the liver and bowel are cleansed and working properly. Hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder are often cured by changing the diet and making sure the bowel is eliminating properly.

Backache, menstrual pain, and prostate problems: The organs of the abdomen are situated very close together and even share circulation. When the lower bowel becomes blocked, the toxic condition can spread to nearby organs and structures, including the uterus, prostate, lower back and sciatic nerve. This toxic condition can cause almost any disease.

Heart Disease and High Cholesterol: The heart and circulatory system rely on a clean bloodstream for it to function properly. If the bowel is constipated, there is no way for waste, including cholesterol, to be eliminated. The result is high cholesterol and waste in the bloodstream with nowhere to go. The waste ends up collecting on the walls of the arteries throughout the body raising blood pressure and causing blockages, strokes, and other problems.

Infertility, hormonal problems, premature ageing, and malnourishment: When the intestine is clogged and coated with old matter, it does not allow many nutrients to pass through its walls. This can cause a state of malnutrition throughout the body. When this happens, the body doesn't have the proper nutrients to create hormones, build a strong circulatory system, repair broken bones, or repair thousands of microscopic damages that happen every day. As damage goes un-repaired because of this lack of nutrients, the body starts degenerating, we start feeling older and looking older, our bodies stop working how they should, and we feel tired and run down.
