Avocado:

Avocados are a rich source of potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin K, vitamin E, Iron, copper, folic acid, and beta-carotene. This perfect food is easily assimilated by the body, rich in essential nutrients and is known for its many healing effects on the body such as: nourishing the blood and helping to prevent anaemia. Avocados also help to nourish the stomach and aid in the treatment of ulcers. Avocado oil is helpful in the treatment of psoriasis.
